Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to orders@nitatabeauty.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Our lashes are handmade and discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment this does not constitute damaged items.
